Professional Experience

Philip is the Global Alliance Director for a California based software provider, Philip and his team deliver a full scope of real estate services for a primarily office based portfolio including facilities, project, lease administration, transaction, sourcing, budgetary and advisory services. He and his team have delivered world class outcomes with a specific emphasis on global analytics and benchmarking to ensure best in class service and value.

Philip’s primary responsibilities are as the single point of contact for his client’s global real estate requirements, providing innovation and best practice solutions within a globally applicable standard. 

As part of those responsibilities he successfully delivered the transition to a single global CMMS, sourcing, procurement and lease administration service without client business interruption or service degradation. 

Philip led the global separation of his client’s real estate occupancy as part of a temporary services agreement requiring the coordinated acquisition, fit out, commissioning, move management and provision of facilities services across 5 offices on three continents over a constrained time period.


Philip has over 15 years real estate and property experience. He previously lived in Canada and the UK, leading national and international teams in the delivery of real estate services across service lines and property types. 

In the UK, Philip provided asset management services for UK and International clients operating in a number of environments, industry technologies and service platforms to provide professional, consistent and measurable outcomes.

Philip joined CBRE in 2011 as a Transaction Manager providing lease administration, transactional services and strategic oversight for 300 properties totaling more than 9 million square feet of land throughout Western Canada. 

He was subsequently promoted to Director of Facilities and Projects with an extended remit overseeing project and facilities management for a North American Retail portfolio including management of third party CMMS, Safety and vendor performance.

In 2017 he led a client transition incorporating the onboarding of new and existing employees in to a single team and delivery of a global CMMS, finance, sourcing and lease administration platform.
