Professional Experience
Phil Tippett began his career with CBRE, Inc. in 1982 and was quickly promoted to Leasing Associate on the 1,200,000 square-foot Homart Development Gateway Complex. Based out of the northern California regional headquarters in San Francisco, Phil represents both Landlords and Tenants throughout the Bay Area region. He advises building owners, tenants, investors and developers on acquisition, disposition and leasing strategies.
As an Executive Vice President, Phil has now compiled over 37 years of real estate experience and is continually a top producer in the Downtown San Francisco office, receiving recognition awards in 1990, 1996-2007, and 2009-2019.
