He has developed a broad regional presence in the Northwest Florida market working with numerous developers and landlords. Drawing upon resources towards solutions, Phil Sherrill effectively represents property occupiers of various constraints, expectations, and timelines with effective outcomes.
Managing all facets of the commercial transaction from research to closing, Phil Sherrill is deeply versed in all aspects of the real estate transaction process, from initial site selection, due diligence and project analysis, to client and consultant relations, to deal structuring and consummation. The depth of his relationships throughout Northwest Florida is unmatched, a result of his personal commitment and unyielding loyalty to every client, large or small. With an effective approach to brokerage service assignments, Phil Sherrill is adept at cultivating intersecting interests with a variety of developers, end users, and brokerage opportunities.
Of significant relevance, Phil Sherrill has represented the Department of Environmental Protection for State of Florida, assessing market value and disposing of surplus lands and assets throughout the state. In this consultative and marketing role, CBRE has implemented a marketing platform able to execute a streamline disposition process in an effective, timely fashion.
Prior to a career in commercial real estate, Phil Sherrill led the marketing and sales team for two national life and health Insurance companies. It was in negotiating policy agreements that he gained a strong comprehension of, and adherence to, the written contract solidifying mutual benefits for all invested. Applying that same dedicated approach, he currently manages transaction assignments in all segments of commercial real estate type.
While residing along the Gulf of Mexico in South Walton County, Phil traverses the Florida Gulf Coast region and waterways for work and pleasure enjoying the allure of a young, active, and renown region.
