Throughout his career in real estate, he has participated in virtually every aspect of the real estate business including strategic planning for both start-up and Fortune 500 companies, negotiating new lease transactions, renewals, expansions, sublease dispositions, lease versus own, land acquisitions/dispositions and investment sales.
