Professional Experience
Peggy Lau joined CBRE in March 2011 as Portfolio Administrator and is responsible for the Lease Administration of clients in Asia.
Based in CBRE’s Asia Pacific hub in Hong Kong, Peggy works closely with the client’s internal CRE team to ensure a high level of accuracy for each portfolio being administered. She also works with CBRE’s Asian offices and communicates regularly to regional hubs in based in London and Memphis. Her main working tasks include coordinating the abstraction of tenancy agreements mainly for a Global High Technology Company, processing of data for internal accounting, and communicating with colleagues in different regional offices for internal verification of data.
Before the position of Portfolio Administrator, Peggy had worked for CBRE as the Help Desk Officer seconded to Macquarie Service Limited Hong Kong for two years (from May 2008 to July 2010).
