Professional Experience
Paul joined CBRE in 2001 as part of a team to assist investors and developers with land acquisition and development. He is on the cutting edge of future urban development with a more creative approach to mixed use development projects. With his alternative approach, he has been able to achieve results which had not been possible with a more traditional approach. To address our world becoming more global, he has also expanded his reach to firms outside of the US that are looking to invest in the Silicon Valley.
For the past 15 years, he has provided in-depth expertise of data center properties. In addition to acquisition of properties, he also has been able to maximize investor returns on data center properties by disposition of stabilized assets to large private equity funds.
He continues to promote best practices for corporate clients when it comes to their real estate. This is a major initiative for larger workforce employers seeking to provide better utility and efficiency in the workplace.
