Paul Grossman is a Senior Vice President of Advisory and Transaction Services, specializing in retail representation of landlords and tenants throughout South Florida and beyond. With over 15 years of brokerage and development experience, Paul’s concentration is primarily high-profile street retail, lifestyle centers and enclosed shopping destinations. Additionally, Paul has expert knowledge in pre-construction consultation, restaurant fundraising, permitting and approval advisory, place-making, and connecting networks to expedite conversations and outcomes.
Paul is consulting on numerous assignments throughout South Florida, focused on creating a viable, sustainable and attractive merchandising mix. Recent agency clients include L3, Asana Partners, Nuveen, Bentall GreenOak, Rockpoint Group, and Omni Hotels.
In additional to tenant and Landlord advisory, Paul works closely with an active real estate development firm specializing in retail and mixed-use development, redevelopment and acquisition. The principals have decades of successful experience in creating value through thoughtful, creative financial and logistical solutions to the many challenges facing real estate development. Paul works closely with them to site select, underwrite, tenant sourcing, through opening.
Paul's tenant representation work is equally diverse. He is currently working with well-known national, regional, and local retailers such as Comcast Xfinity, Bank of America, Planet Fitness, LovePop, and numerous restaurant assignments both large and small.
Prior to relocating to South Florida, Paul co-led the Urban Retail Team at CBRE in Boston, MA, having worked there since co-founding CBRE-New England's Retail Team in 2009.
Paul Grossman’s loyalty to real estate is matched by his dedication to nonprofit commitments, most recently exemplified by having been elected to the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
He lives in Parkland, Florida, with his wife, son (7) and three rescue dogs.
