Orlando Aguirre serves as an Associate in CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services group based in Chicago.
Orlando began his career at CBRE as a business development intern in the Chicago Tenant Representation group. He went on to join the Research department and supported both agency and occupier brokers by providing in-depth company analysis, comparable transactions in the market, and detailed market intelligence reports.
Following his tenure in the Research department, Orlando moved onto providing strategic planning, transaction execution, and portfolio optimization initiatives for one of the fastest growing, global technology companies in the world. Orlando provided strategy and execution work for office, retail, and industrial requirements throughout the United States and Canada.
Prior to CBRE, Orlando interned at Northwestern's Fienberg School of Medicine conducting field research on the integration of health services with social epidemiological models. He also interned at Northeastern Illinois University in the Department of Education supporting a diverse group of educators and social advocates.
