Professional Experience


Nicole specializes in investment property sales, site selection, mixed-use investment sales, land sales, and is a part of Nashville’s Investment Properties team, which focuses on the entire spectrum of commercial office assets throughout the mid-South region. She is responsible for much of the new business development in Nashville’s surrounding markets. Nicole’s enthusiastic attitude and proactive approach has helped her become a true market expert, providing only the highest quality of service to her clients.

Nicole began her career at CBRE with a focus on the private client sector of office and industrial investment properties providing team marketing and data base management support. Her ability to develop and build long-lasting relationships is key to the superior service she provides her clients. From this experience, Nicole knows how to foster competition for the properties her owners represent, increase the speed of deals executed and ultimately grow her clients’ return on investment.
