Professional Experience


Nate Holash specializes in the acquisition and disposition of self storage facilities throughout the southern region of the United States. Prior to joining CBRE, Nate spent 10 years working for W.M. Lyles Co. as a Project Engineer managing different projects from their initial conception to the commencement of the project. A few of the significant assignments Nate was responsible for managing include the CR&R Biogas Facility project of 2014, the Palmdale Dewatering project of 2012-2014, The Palmdale Phase 1 Plant Expansion project of 2008-2012, the Indio Water Authority Facilities Upgrades project of 2007-2008, and the Indio Activated Sludge Plant/Sludge Dewatering Facilities project of 2006-2008. Collectively, these projects required an approximate project budget in excess of $228 million.

Nate began his career with CBRE in 2015 where he brings his background in developing client relations, project management, and problem solving to excel in the self-storage advisory industry.
