Prior to 1986, Mr. Stilb was affiliated with Tekton Homes in 1972 as an Assistant Vice President, from 1972-1983 with Haven Development & Management Corporation as Vice President, and from 1983-1986 with HDC, Inc. as Vice President and principal. Mr. Stilb has 30 years of experience in the field of commercial and residential real estate development, encompassing management and brokerage, budget and finance, construction management and general contracting, marketing and leasing, site analysis and utilization. Mr. Stilb is currently the Managing Partner of 4 office complexes, 3 shopping centers, 2 self storage facilities and an 80 acre sports park.
