Professional Experience
Michael Anderson joined CBRE in 2011 as an associate real estate advisor and assists with both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer representation in retail services. Michael transitioned to commercial real estate brokerage from the financial services industry. Prior to that, Michael graduated from the University of Denver, where he was a member of the Varsity Men’s Lacrosse Team.
Michael specializes in both tenant and landlord representation with clients throughout the Kentucky and Southern Indiana market. The Louisville retail services group has regularly outperformed the competition in the Louisville Metro market in terms of the value of all leasing and sales transactions and is continually ranked among the top real estate firms in the market by Business First based on the dollar volume in retail space leased or sold.
