Professional Experience
Michael B. Harrell, CCIM, Senior Vice President, joined the Jacksonville office of CBRE, Inc. in 1985 as an Office Building Specialist. During this time, Mr. Harrell has successfully negotiated lease transactions in excess of 3.2 million square feet. During the last 20 years Mr. Harrell has successfully sold investment grade properties throughout the South with an aggregate value of over $3.6 billion. Mr. Harrell has successfully served as the lead broker on portfolio sales of office and industrial properties totaling over 9 million square feet in the aggregate.
