Professional Experience

As a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Michael Elardo specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial properties in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. With over 34 years of experience, Michael has represented many major occupiers in the region as well as most institutional owners in the market including Prologis, Prudential Global Investment Management (PGIM), Link Industrial (Blackstone), Invesco, High Street Logistics and Mapletree.

In 2019, Michael was recognized among the top 20% producers in the firm. During his career, he has conducted over 40 million square feet in transactions totaling over $3.5 billion in value. His most notable transactions have involved Coca Cola, Oceaneering International, Giant/Ahold, Sherwin Williams, Kuehne & Nagel, Elite Spice, Sun Products, Prime Source Building Products and B&E Storage.

In his personal life, Michael is active in the mission efforts at the Church of the Nativity in Timonium, Maryland. He has coordinated with the Appalachia Service Project in Brenton, West Virginia, preparing and leading multiple teams who traveled to the Appalachia region to build relationships and improve living conditions. He has also devoted significant time to mentoring young real estate professionals. When not engaged in real estate consulting, Michael enjoys dining out with his wife, fly fishing for trout throughout the Mid-Atlantic, saltwater fishing on the Gulf Coast of Florida and bird hunting.
