Michael Conner is First Vice President for Labor Analytics. He is responsible for managing real estate transaction services including real estate availability, research and strategy, development for acquisition/disposition, and coordination of sales & negotiations of lease and lease amendments.
Michael is the team’s main resource for details on the availability of buildings for clients in industries including back office, customer service, financial services, healthcare and headquarters. He provides high quality, market intelligence on real estate located in nearly every community in the U.S. and Canada with a population greater than 10,000. This information is maintained in the team’s proprietary database and collected through daily interaction among commercial real estate brokers, economic development agencies and direct contact with end users closing or opening operations throughout the U.S.
Through his focused and wide-spread, national relationships, Michael also gathers business intelligence that more often results in advanced notice of either business closures or openings, positioning Michael to advise clients as to which off market transactions is not available to the public.
Since 2005, Michael has managed a multitude of assignments in nearly every state in the U.S. Select transactions range from an approximate 126,000 square foot lease in El Paso, Texas to an approximate 48,000 square foot building sale in Eau Claire, Wisconsin to an approximate 43,000 square foot lease in Moore, Oklahoma.
