Overview
Michael Chiocca joined CB Richard Ellis as a commercial/industrial property specialist in December of 1997. His specific area of responsibility is the representation of commercial/industrial user companies looking to relocate their facilities and/or owners and landlords looking to sell or lease their properties.
Michael has been involved in numerous sales and leasing transactions in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, in excess of 3,500,000 SF and over $41,000,000 in total consideration.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Michael spent six years with Casey International, Inc. where he was directly responsible for due diligence and negotiations for the acquisition and/or sale of various commercial properties. He also was responsible for the leasing of the projects following the acquisition.
