Melissa Ulm

Melissa Ulm serves as a Senior Real Estate Manger in the Asset Services department in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Ms. Ulm brings more than 20 years of experience and is responsible for managing a commercial real estate portfolio of over 600,000 square feet throughout Southeast Wisconsin. The portfolio consists of suburban and medical office and retail assets throughout Southeast Wisconsin. The portfolio includes management of the Woodland Prime office park, an Outstanding Building of the Year award winner (TOBY award) in the category of Suburban Low Rise Office Park, by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Wisconsin. 

Most recently Ms. Ulm worked for RAIT Commercial where she worked on a portfolio of properties both in Wisconsin and in the Southeastern United States. She was responsible for overseeing third party managers, budgeting financial reporting, capital improvements as well as transitioning new properties into the portfolio. 

Ms. Ulm began her career by with the Trammel Crow Company as a property manager in Milwaukee before transitioning into a real estate manager for CBRE Milwaukee. During her tenure in both positions, she focused on vendor and tenant relations, budgeting, as well as overall property operations.
