Professional Experience


Matt Bittick is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Capital Markets Institutional Group (IG). Mr. Bittick’s professional acumen extends across office, retail, industrial, hospitality and land assets throughout the State of Hawaii. He delivers comprehensive regional, national and global solutions for the sale and recapitalization, leveraging market leading activity of the platform to provide a real time link to established and emerging capital sources. Mr. Bittick’s unique, multi-disciplinary perspective is aimed to push traditional thinking.

As a member of CBRE’s Institutional Group, Mr. Bitticks’ collaboration with CBRE’s global colleagues who control much of the outbound capital from EMEA and Asia, afford an invaluable connection to offshore investors targeting gateway cities. The utilization of these resources, combined with an exceptional work ethic, delivers unrivaled results.

In 2020 Mr. Bittick’s team completed the largest transactions in each of the following classes: industrial land sale totaling $125 million, single tenant net lease totaling $45 million and multifamily transaction totaling $50.550 million. He also assembled a global team to transact the sale of an industrial portfolio in Australia. He consistently controls the largest market-share of Hawaii’s institutional offerings. Matt is spending time in key U.S. Markets to both get closer to and to bring Hawaii to key capital sources, clients, colleagues throughout the CBRE platform.
