Mark Black

Mark Black is currently the Senior Facilities Manager for CBRE’s McGraw-Hill Global Education account for the New York, New Jersey and Boston properties. Mark joined the account in December of 2014 after twenty-two years with Standard & Poor’s (a McGraw-Hill Company) followed by six years with CBRE’s McGraw-Hill Financial account, holding positions as Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Manager, Building Services Manager and Facilities Manager along the way.

 

Prior to his positions at McGraw-Hill, Mark managed several “Dipping Stores” for Haagen-Dazs franchises in Brooklyn and Manhattan. He also spent four years in Security Contract Services.
