Marineh Dermovsesian is a Vice President for Advisory and Transaction Services at CBRE. She has been with the Company for eleven years, and has been the account manager for multiple corporate accounts. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of client transactions. She is involved with every facet of the client’s real estate needs including, but not limited to, the creation of processes and procedures and key performance indices, database and portfolio management, and acquisition or disposition requirements – including purchase and sale of property.
Ms. Dermovsesian’s professional experience includes commercial real estate transaction management, asset management and strategic planning.
Ms. Dermovsesian began her career in the Real Estate and Facilities Department at Fox Entertainment Group, in Century City, CA, where she worked for eight years. She was the Executive Director of the Department, and left to join CBRE in June of 2008. During her years at FEG, she was responsible for strategic business planning, site selection, budgeting (operating and capital), and facility management of a portfolio consisting of over 250 locations – domestic and international.
Her experience, as a tenant in the market, enables her to be empathic to the client. By understanding the client’s core requirement, she works with the appropriate business lines at CBRE, and packages solutions that custom fit the need.
