Professional Experience

Lou Senini is a member of the Capital Markets Investment Properties – Seattle team, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of office and high-tech property investments in the greater Seattle metropolitan area.  He focuses on the exclusive representation of property owners in property dispositions, and of selected buyers in property acquisitions.  Consultation services are also provided for asset valuation, mortgage finance, joint ventures, market analysis, and other financial and business decision making.

Lou joined CBRE in 1985 with prior real estate experience in sales, leasing, financing and development.
