Lorraine oversees all aspects of Asset Services for CBRE diverse and extensive portfolio of commercial, industrial, office and retail properties in Central Ohio. Lorraine’s responsibilities include supervision of all operational activities, staffing, budgeting, client relations and management reporting for CBRE clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Lorraine served as a Senior Property Manager for Cassidy Turley and Duke Realty, the property and asset management functions for a large, complex two million square foot portfolio of office and industrial buildings. Prior to that, Ms. Stelzer served as the Director of Corporate Real Estate for the Mount Carmel Health System and the Regional Administrator for the Ohio Department of Youth Services.
In addition to her extensive real estate experience, Ms. Stelzer earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law where she graduated in the Top Twenty percent of her class. Lorraine served as Assistant Attorney General and lead litigation counsel for the State of Ohio and later as General Counsel for the Police and Firemen’s Pension Fun.
Lorraine is the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including the Duke Realty Asset Management Team of the Year Award, Duke Realty Excellence in Customer Service Award, and the Property Manager Recipient of Highest Duke Realty Company Wide Annual Tenant Satisfaction Score and the Book Award for Highest in Class Score for Secured Transactions.
