Lori Boikofski is a Client Services Specialist with the CBRE's Land Services Group. Lori joined the team in July of 2000. Lori is an integral part of the team whose responsibilities include coordinating and implementing marketing materials and activities relating to the team listings; including electronic communication, property brochures, marketing packages, advertisements, signage, market research and direct mailings.
Her unsurpassed time management coupled with her organizational skills ensures that the team runs without interruption. In addition, she assists the team's clients in maintaining communication to ensure that the full line of CBRE marketing services are being delivered throughout all phases of the transaction.
Lori started with CBRE in August 1999 as a Client Services Assistant with Global Corporate Services. Her past responsibilities included creating proposals for new business, generating and managing financial reports, coordinating travel schedules, processing team expenses and budgets, and maintaining a portfolio database and files for CVS Pharmacies. Clients represented included: McDonald’s Corporation, General Motors, IBM, CVS Pharmacy, American Express, and Darden Restaurants.
Prior to joining CBRE Lori spent five years working for Southwest Airlines as a Customer Service Agent at Chicago Midway Airport.
