Professional Experience

Logan Reichle is part of CBRE Capital Markets’ Investment Properties in Central Texas, working with individual property investors on the acquisition and disposition of income-producing industrial, office, and retail assets. Mr. Reichle helps secure new business, underwrite assets, provide guidance on the capital markets, discuss current opportunities with investors/clients, and consult clients to assist them in reaching their Real Estate Goals. Since joining CBRE, Mr. Reichle has been involved in transactions with a total consideration of more than $600 million and has brokered over 4,500,000 square feet of space.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Reichle spent three years with The Weitzman Group’s investment sales division, where he was involved in more than $40 million worth of investment sales transactions. He also gained financial analysis experience at Marcus & Millichap and shopping center property management experience at Rogers & Reichle, Inc.
