Lindsay Binder is a Sales Analyst, covering the South Carolina Market. In this role, Lindsay manages the market database of all occupiers, investors and asset services professionals. Ensures business plans, tracking reports, pursuit strategies, analyses and various other scheduled reports and analyses are accurate and completed/delivered on time. Prepares materials for and participates in market meetings/calls, broker debriefs and supports the Finishing First process. Partners with Research and Marketing in generating reports and supporting materials for Sales Management. Learns, supports and drives the adoption of other broker technology tools. Lindsay also serves as a CBRE Vantage Ambassador for the Southeast. Her extensive knowledge in commercial real estate and commercial construction makes her a substantial resource for the Advisory & Transaction and Asset Services groups.
Prior to her Sales Analyst position in South Carolina, Lindsay worked in the CBRE downtown Chicago office where she served as a Client Services Coordinator for the Tenant Representation & Location Incentives groups. In this role, Lindsay created market surveys, tours, marketing materials and deliverables, in addition to working on government incentive applications. Lindsay also generated vouchers for invoicing, produced proposal and architect comparison matrices and tracked job creation and retention data for clients.
