Linda Wang is an Associate and partner in the Team Alison investment sale group at CBRE’s LA North Office. She has been instrumental in underwriting, acquiring and selling various assets in Southern California with a primary focus in the Los Angeles region, particularly the San Gabriel Valley. Linda's objective is to introduce her clients to opportunities that help improve their real estate portfolio, enabling them to make clear, better-informed decisions that meet and exceed their real estate goals. Linda’s expertise, motivation, and strong work ethic enhance her ability to structure creative solutions for complex real estate situations.
Prior to joining CBRE, Linda was in the hotel industry. She was Director of Sales for a luxury boutique hotel in Palm Springs, Colony Palms Hotel, as well as Sales & Revenue Manager for The Orlando hotel in West Hollywood.
Linda grew up in Beverly Hills and is a native of Los Angeles. She is fluent in Mandarin, which allows her to communicate with an international pool of investors, expanding her reach to a global level. She is an expert at leveraging CBRE’s full service platform of industry-leading services and resources to maximize asset value, minimize risk, and uphold the high-quality standards of the industry and her clients.
