Professional Experience
Laura Kucharczyk is the Managing Director of CBRE’s Colorado Project Management team. With over 23 years of experience in the design, construction and real estate industries, Laura brings a well-rounded insight to each project she touches. As a player-coach, Laura’s primary focus is leadership of the talented professionals in the Project Management team, while drawing upon her extensive experience to problem solve.
As a Project Executive, Laura remains involved in the complete lifecycle of a project. That life includes qualifying pursuits, pursuit of projects, strategizing with the client, aligning the vision with the most compatible member of the Project Management team to execute the work, and monitoring project status, from inception to close.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2017, Laura worked for 11 years at another global commercial real estate company, executing projects locally in the Colorado market. Those projects ranged in size & complexity, including commercial office space, data centers, healthcare, and manufacturing.
