s the Client Services lead for Denver’s Retail Investment team, Kyndal generates new leads for the team and develops marketing and client service strategies for current clients and client pursuits. She implements marketing campaigns for listings and manages business development efforts. Kyndal coordinates brochures, marketing materials, client and broker lists, blast email marketing, listing and transaction coordination, and IT support. Additionally, she organizes team operations and procedures.
Kyndal joined CBRE in 2012 as the Research Analyst for retail properties. She also served as the Business Development Analyst for CBRE in the Colorado Region, where she worked directly with Tenant Representation professionals to assist with strategic pursuits, prospecting new business, and overall sales management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado and a MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Denver.
