Professional Experience


Kyle Saviano joined the Debt & Structured Finance team in 2017, after gaining a thorough background in the industry through his experience on CBRE’s Tri-State Research team and time with industrial brokerage. Mr. Saviano’s expertise lies in the financial analysis and marketing of debt/equity investments for income-producing real estate, with a strong focus on the New Jersey market.

Prior to his role as a production analyst, Kyle worked on one of CBRE New Jersey’s leading industrial teams led by Mindy Lissner and William Waxman. He represented both occupiers and investors in northern and central New Jersey. By applying his strong industrial research background, Kyle provided a unique perspective that enabled him to best advise his clients to make informed decisions on their real estate and business operations.

Kyle started his career with CBRE in Research where he was responsible for acquiring market data, analyzing trends and providing insight into the New Jersey industrial market. He utilized his attention to detail, strong analytical skills and sales knowledge to best serve CBRE’s clients.

Mr. Saviano obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he was a member of the men’s soccer team and served as team captain during his final season.
