Kyle McClure joined CBRE Denver in 2011. Prior to joining Industrial & Logistics Services, Kyle was a Transaction Manager with CBRE Global Corporate Services, serving on the United States Postal Service Account Team where he coordinated activities related to the sale of USPS owned buildings and the leasing of excess space in USPS owned and leased buildings throughout the Unites States. Kyle managed the sale of 7 USPS owned buildings, totaling $13M+ in revenue to USPS. Kyle also managed 80+ listings, totaling 1M+ square feet of excess space and completed new leases, totaling over $4M in lease value. Prior to joining CBRE, Kyle spent time as a Tenant Representative broker in Southern California, where he served clients in the public, private and institutional sectors.
As part of Industrial & Logistics Services in Denver, Kyle specializes in industrial user business which includes landlord leasing and user representation. Kyle applies the transaction management skills acquired on the USPS Account Team to the industrial brokerage business and provides a high level of service to his clients. Kyle works closely with Tyler Carner and Jeremy Ballenger to assist clients in achieving their business and financial objectives within their real estate portfolio.
Since joining the market-leading industrial services at CBRE, Kyle has participated in transactions in excess of 900,000 square feet totaling more than $34.7 million in gross consideration.
