Kristy Swaney

Kristy Swaney is a Managing Director within CBRE’s Global Corporate Services group, serving on the Exelon account. Kristy manages the client relationship, the CBRE on-site team and day-to-day activities. She strategizes to align business unit objectives with facility decisions, achieving overall optimization for Exelon’s portfolio.

Kristy joined CBRE in 2012 as the Alliance Director for the Exelon account, after previously serving as a consultant. Prior to joining CBRE, Kristy worked for Grubb and Ellis, where she was responsible for operations and staffing of a multi-state portfolio. The portfolio consisted of approximately seven million square feet including office and retail space for industrial, medical and facility products. In addition, she managed the Minnesota region for over ten years. During this time, she supervised 12 managers who worked to achieve ownership goals and objectives, while remaining mindful of company policies and expectations. Kristy assisted in new business development and worked directly with transaction teams on many existing and new products. She established and maintained great client relationships, resulting in renewals and the establishment of new business for the company. Kristy was the recipient of the company’s Achievement Award for highest ROR for the Minnesota district (2003).​
