Professional Experience
Kevin recently joined the Global High Technology Company account as an Operating Engineer, and he is responsible for five Client server farms and several smaller sites located throughout the Washington DC Metro area encompassing over 10,000 sq/ft of office space and 12,000 sq/ft of Data Center.
As an operating engineer, Kevin develops and executes planned maintenance schedules for critical facilities equipment such as uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems, emergency generators, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, fire protection, and general building maintenance to ensure that all Client facilities are operating at peak performance.
Although a new hire, Kevin has already established himself as a very important asset to the account team. He has quickly familiarized himself with all CBRE policies and has taken ownership of all of his sites of responsibility. He has overseen major repairs to his site emergency diesel generator, the generator housing, and cooling towers. In addition, Kevin has overseen two large infrastructure upgrade projects requested by his customers and has done a good job on both.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kevin worked in the property management industry as a field engineer. Kevin worked in both the residential and commercial fields, and his duties included executing preventative maintenance plans and self-performing many repairs to the equipment he was responsible for.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys coaching his son’s football team. They won their league’s most recent championship with Kevin at the helm.
