Kevin excels in all facets of the real estate asset cycle including identifying target assets, rigorous financial modeling & analysis, entitling, marketing, leasing, and selling investor and occupier assets. Kevin has completed over 500 lease and sale transactions for his clients with
total consideration exceeding $3 Billion.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kevin was Executive Vice President at Colliers International. Preceding his career in commercial real estate brokerage, Kevin was Partner of ACF Partners & Vice President of Institutional Sales in New York & San Francisco offices of Credit Suisse First Boston. Kevin has earned SIOR designation for excellence in commercial real estate brokerage, a member of NAIOP, and currently President of the East Bay Brokers Association. Kevin resides in San Francisco with his wife Maggie, daughters Phoebe (4) and Frances (2), & son Henry (4 months). Kevin enjoys spending free time outdoors playing golf, attending Cal Football & Rugby games, or hunting with friends.
