Kevin joined CBRE in 2010 and was promoted in 2020 to Senior Vice President, becoming the youngest professionals to achieve this title in New Jersey. Kevin has become one of New Jersey’s “go to” industrial real estate brokers and is a consistent leader with a reputation for his hard-working persona. His extensive knowledge of the New Jersey industrial real estate market is unparalleled. Kevin’s team is one of the top industrial teams in the country and his team’s transactions valued more than $1.8 billion in 2019.
Kevin was an integral part of the team that received the 2016 NAIOP Industrial Deal of the Year Award for Blue Apron and 2019 NAIOP Industrial Deal of the Year Award for Linden Logistics Center. In addition to being an active member of CBRE’s Global Supply Chain practice and CBRE’s Industrial “Young Guns”, Kevin is the co-chair of CBRE's Tri-State African American Networking Group (AANG).
Kevin provides occupier and agency representation services throughout New Jersey with a primary focus on selling and leasing industrial facilities along the New Jersey Turnpike corridor. He consistently exceeds expectations with his reliable market knowledge, attention to detail, effective communication, and by being accessible at all times. By leveraging CBRE's full-service platform, Kevin has achieved a successful record of guiding local, national and multi-national occupiers such as Macy’s, Blue Apron, and Suuchi, Inc., as well as notable landlords like Duke Realty, PGIM, and Bridge Development, to name a few.
Kevin graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing. As an honors graduate from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Kevin brings his strong analytical skills, creativity and enthusiasm to his work. Kevin currently resides in Ridgewood with his wife and four children, and enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball and football, and cooking. Kevin is also the captain of CBRE’s basketball team.
