He was involved in the sale of 18-acre and 37-acre land parcels located near Jordan Creek Town Center, as well as the sale of a 175,000 square foot former Maytag Regional Distribution Center in Newton, IA.
Kermit continues to focus on local and national investment sales of single-tenant net-leased investment properties like Walgreens, for specific investors and buyers looking for 1031 Tax Deferred exchange replacement properties. He has a strong history as a buyer or tenant representation specialist. He has represented The Dickinson Law Firm with their lease of 25,000 square feet of office space at the Hub Tower and the Dorsey Whitney Law Firm in their lease of 16,800 square feet of office space at 801 Grand in Des Moines. Kermit most recently represented the Law Firm of McKee, Voorhees, & Sease in their lease extension of 17,341 square feet of space at 801 Grand in Des Moines and represented the Whitfield Law Firm in their move into a 32,000 square foot space in the Hub Tower.
