Kathy Bockman began working at CBRE in 2001 as a Client Services Specialist. Her goal was to reorganize her team to a new level of income and service. With the implementation of her restructuring plan, the team was recognized as the #1 team in the northwest region.
As a Client Services Specialist Kathy’s duties include managing information for Clients and team members, coordinating the leasing and sale process for Lane Bockman, conducting research, preparing property flyers and presentations, and generating and distributing marketing materials.
Providing great Client Services is Kathy’s number one priority.
