He joined the San Francisco Peninsula Office as a First Vice President in 2011 from Poletti Realty where he spent 9 years developing expertise in the San Mateo County warehouse and office market. As one of the top 20 industrial real estate agents in San Mateo and San Francisco Counties, he has consistently been named a “Power Broker” since 2006 by Costar Group, an independent commercial real estate research firm. In 2012, 2014 and 2015, three out of his first four years at CBRE, Karl was a Top 5 Producer in the San Francisco Peninsula Office. In 2016 Karl earned the Senior Vice President designation. Karl was named to the CBRE Gold Circle as a Top Producer in the San Francisco Bay Area Market and Top 10 Producer in the newly combined Peninsula/Palo Alto office in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
