As Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Group, Mr. Glasgow’s primary focus is raising equity and non-agency debt for institutional quality owner/ operators, joint ventures, programmatic equity, entity level transactions, recapitalizations, debt financings, and providing advisory and restructuring services. His sector experience includes multifamily, data centers, student housing, manufactured housing, lodging, triple net lease, office, industrial, and self-storage and other properties and development projects. The Team is comprised of 12 real estate professionals who work collaboratively with the other groups within CBRE to secure funds from a wide range of capital sources including Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, FHA, pension funds, endowment funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, offshore and domestic banks, mezzanine debt funds, mortgage REITS and other sources.
Specializing in structured transactions and development projects, Mr. Glasgow is responsible for the origination and closing of equity and debt placements for all property types, as well as overseeing the financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence process for the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Glasgow held a number of senior roles in brokerage, investment banking, and private equity. He raised more than $725 Million in equity since 2015 and participated in aggregate deal volume of over $25 Billion since 2005.
