Jonathan Weiner is a Managing Director in CBRE’s Property Management group. Based in the Philadelphia office, Mr. Weiner oversees the firm’s Engineering Operations in the Northeast Region of the United States. In this position, he is responsible for working with market leadership to provide recommendations for tactical and strategic planning as relates to the physical infrastructure of approximately 280 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties. In addition, Mr. Weiner assists with acquisition underwriting and due diligence, provides market analysis and asset positioning consultation, and supports new business development in the U.S. and Canada.
Mr. Weiner has more than 24 years of construction and real estate industry experience including thirteen years in Big Four consulting practices and four years in consulting engineering, construction procurement, and estimating. His experience spans commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential property types as well as a wide range of industries including real estate development, education, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, professional services, retail, banking, power generation, manufacturing, and transportation/infrastructure. Prior to joining CBRE, he served as Principal of G2G where he provided strategic, financial, and operational advisory services to support sustainable capital construction projects and energy-efficient operation of commercial real estate portfolios. Mr. Weiner previously held positions in senior management with two Big Four firms where he directed and executed various construction, real estate, and tax consulting projects for C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Weiner is a licensed Professional Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional.
