Jack Stillwagon is an Associate in the CBRE Wheel Program—a 14-month rotational platform designed to give selected young professionals a well-rounded foundation in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jack spent two summers in the commercial real estate industry at PNC Bank in 2013 and CBRE in 2014. At PNC Bank, Jack assisted the corporate real estate group in underwriting loans and valuating buildings throughout the tri-state region. His role also included reporting and forecasting market conditions in the greater New York City area. The following summer, Jack worked with CBRE in the brokerage services department. He assisted his brokerage team in day-to-day operations, including finding and evaluating potential clients, canvassing buildings in the midtown area, and participating in client-facing building tours.
Jack attended the University of Richmond, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He was selected as one of sixteen finance students to be a member of the Student Managed Investment Fund, which actively manages more than $500,000 of the University’s endowment. His duties included researching, analyzing and pitching equity investment opportunities on a weekly basis.
Jack has enjoyed being a long-time contributor to Swim Across America and the Special Olympics of Virginia.
