Since joining CBRE Capital Markets, Joe has closed or been engaged to finance over $100 million in transactions spanning a variety of property types, including multifamily, industrial, office and retail. Prior to his experience with debt placement, he exclusively represented numerous high-profile clients in both acquisition & disposition assignments, primarily for industrial and retail properties. Notable transactions range from a $29 million medical office acquisition to a $14 million bridge loan for an early-stage mixed-use development.
While his focus is on middle market and private client opportunities in the Greater Los Angeles area, Joe has leveraged the depth of CBRE’s platform and resources to expand his services nationally. His wide range of experience enables him to assist clients on the transaction side of a deal as well as the debt side, such as with acquisition financing, 1031 exchanges, refinancing, and construction financing. Taking advantage of the breadth of CBRE’s network and relationships, Joe is able to tap the capital market resources that are best suited to the client and to the deal, whether it be life insurance companies, banks, credit unions, debt funds, Agency, or private lenders.
