Jerome Keizer is a senior project manager with over 10 years of experience representing owners’ interests in various industries, including federal government contracts, energy efficiency, petroleum, healthcare and financial institutions.
After graduation he started his career as a project controls scheduler on government contracts analyzing GC schedules for overall project health. During this time, he was responsible for project and facilities management, overseeing Chevron’s retail portfolio throughout the state of Hawaii. When Chevron sold their Hawaii assets Jerome joined the project management team with Bank of Hawaii, where he managed the buildout of bank branches and numerous renovation projects for the organization.
Jerome then moved his family to Colorado to rejoin CBRE on the Cigna account and recently transitioned roles within CBRE to become the project management lead for the Colorado Springs region. Jerome grew up in Hawaii and graduated from the University of Hawaii with a bachelor’s degree in architecture.
