Jenna Langley is an integral member of the CBRE San Diego management team, overseeing and managing all Operations in the San Diego-Hawaii region. Her primary responsibilities include planning, managing, and directing all operational activities, with a continuous review and improvement of processes. She is skilled in planning, logistics, budgeting, and problem-solving, and has excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills.
She leads a large team that supports over 100 brokers in multiple lines of business, and manages a wide range of employment activities, including staff recruitment, selection, and development.
Jenna provides strategic support for successful implementation of regional initiatives and ensures a consistency of services while highlighting company policies and best practices. In alignment with the managing directors, Jenna helps the brokerage teams to strategize and streamline their workflow and processes.
Jenna joined CBRE in 2015 as the Client Services Manager for the San Diego region, she was promoted in 2018 to her current position and was awarded oversight of Hawaii operations in 2019.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jenna was at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) for 10 years. She began as a Marketing Specialist and was later promoted to Senior Marketing Coordinator for the Net Lease Investment team.
With over 15 years in commercial real estate, Jenna is a dedicated professional who brings creativity, commitment, and a high level of experience to every project she encounters.
