Jeff Mueth joined CBRE through the Trammell Crow Company merger in 2006. Currently, Jeff is the Project Management Director for a $150 million Tier III data center for the Cleveland Clinic and oversight manager for Project Management operations in St. Louis. Previously, Jeff worked on the Bank of America account and was responsible for the New Retail Store Project in the Central Region. Jeff was selected to be the Senior Project Manager on the Providence, R.I., call center for Bank of America. This was a $50 million state-ofthe- art facility. Due to the success of that project and Jeff’s prior experience, he was asked to head up the local Construction Management office. Jeff also previously worked on the Fifth Third Bank account as Director for the North Region. In addition to his banking and data center background, Jeff is familiar with GSA projects, having completed a 8,000-square-foot build-out for the Veterans Health Administration in St. Louis. Jeff has achieved the designation of LEED® AP.
