Professional Experience

Jeff Fritch is a Vice President based out of CBRE’s Ontario Office, where he focuses on representing occupiers, investors, developers and land owners of industrial real estate in the Inland Empire. Jeff’s strong work ethic, client-centric approach, creative solutions and analytical thinking has enabled him to service his clients at the highest level.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jeff was with Newmark Cornish & Carey for the first 7 years of his career where he focused on sales and leasing of industrial buildings throughout Contra Costa, Solano and Napa Counties. Since joining CBRE in late 2014, Jeff has been involved in over $250 million of industrial and land sale and lease transactions.
Jeff graduated from UC Berkeley in 2008 and played offensive line on the Cal Bears football team during the 2004-2005 seasons.  Jeff is a native of Palos Verdes and currently resides with his wife in Pasadena.

Significant Assignments

Mylan Specialty – Represented the Seller in the disposition of a 359,100 SF, four-building campus located in the Napa Commons business park to the County of Napa.  The property consisted of a combination of a 2-story office building, warehouse and pharmaceutical manufacturing buildings.
Groskopf Warehouse & Logistics – Represented the Sublessee in an 80,000 SF sublease of temperature controlled warehouse in Sonoma, CA from Diageo North America.
ServiceMaster of Concord – Represented the Tenant who leased 53,053 SF plus one acre of yard to one of the largest ServiceMaster franchises in Northern California as part of the consolidation of their Hayward and Concord offices.  The facility was a former car dealership that was repurposed as an office/warehouse/yard facility in an infill location in the City of Concord.   This represented one of the largest industrial lease transactions in Concord over the last 5 years.
Hofmann Company – Represented the Landlord in a 35,500 SF lease to Da Ve Winery which included significant tenant improvements to convert a warehouse to winery production space.
