Professionl Experience

Jeff Birmingham is Global Director for Project Management (PJM) for the AIG Account based in New York. CBRE directly delivers projects in North America, Latin America and Japan. His team also manages global reports and processs governance globaly, coordinating efforts with Cushman & Wakefield in the EMEA and APAC regions. He leads a team of US and International project managers that deliver PJM services for more than 300 projects around the globe, with an approximate annual vulue of $300mm.   

Jeff has more than 20 years of industry experience with extensive experience with Global Corporate Service clients specializing in Program Development and Account Management. Jeff’s recent experience includes assignments in Hong Kong and London.

  • Senior Director, Project Management LMA, Hong Kong: 2013-2014  
    Jeff provided leadership oversight of the Project Management team for Hong Kong, Kowloon and Macau. Jeff led an experienced and dynamic team of 28 professional project managers to successfully deliver projects for variable local and GCS clients. Recent clients include; Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Law Firms and Technology Firms. 
  • Regional Program Director, Comerica Bank Account: 2003-2013  
    Jeff was the Central Region Director responsible for delivery of all Capital PJM projects in the region. Jeff has provided program leadership for account project managers, transaction managers and variable resources to facilitate on time and under budget delivery of projects from Texas to all areas of the east coast with a 99.8% success rate. Jeff has managed the successful delivery of more than 150 ground-up banking centers with a total budget of more than $400mm, managed the TI build-outs of Private Banking offices and admin space of more than 100 projects with total budgets more than $250mm.  
  • Director, McKesson Account: 2001-2003
    Jeff was the Sr. PJM leader for the McKesson account. He successfully led the account at the earliest stages of account development. He created the first McKesson PJM Playbook, developed base line data for estimating and evaluating project costing and provided PMO leadership to multiple variable resources for project development across the country. While at McKesson, Jeff successfully completed more than 50 projects to include distribution centers, admin space and research facilities with a total budget of $100mm.  
  • Project Manager, Bank One/Chase Account: 1998-2001
    Jeff led efforts for delivery of the new build banking center program for the Texas region.  He also organized and managed the Bank One conversion/consolidation of First Commercial Bank in Louisiana of over 300 locations.
Peters and Associates: 1996-1998
  • Project Manager
    Jeff worked for Peters and Associates as project manager for the redevelopment of South Roads Mall in Tulsa, OK. Jeff’s responsibilities included oversight of general contractor and prime sub-contractors for completion of the project while meeting agreed schedules and remaining under the $55mm budget. ​
