Jason Hunter is a Customer Service Manager for CBRE’s Global Corporate Services group, serving on the Walgreens account. He is responsible for the operational oversight of the Walgreens Facility Service Center (WFSC), consisting of 18 team members, who are responsible for all inbound and outbound calls and work order management tasks supporting facilities management, technology, vendors and client communities. Communication volume reaches over 20,000 per month. Jason also holds responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the CMMS data tool (six million+ data points) through the management of four database administrators.
Preceding this position, Jason was an Operations Manager within the Global Corporate Services group for the AT&T account with responsibility to the cell tower, which consisted of over 60,000 locations. In this role, he had oversight of the supplier and work order management component of the business. Prior to this role, Jason was a Supplier Management Supervisor for CBRE’s AT&T retail account.
