Jared Rehberg joined CBRE in 2019 as a Client Service Specialist with one of New Jersey's leading industrial teams led by William Waxman and Mindy Lissner. Our award-winning team specializes in landlord and occupier representation, multi-market strategies, build-to-suit opportunities, land development, acquisition and disposition, warehouse and distribution, and manufacturing, food, and port related facilities throughout New Jersey, the United States and Worldwide. Jared brings 5+ years of commercial real estate experience and 15+ years of marketing and graphic design experience in media, entertainment and travel.
Jared is an integral part of day-to-day operations for his team and is dedicated to its success by performing at a high level in a time-sensitive, high-pressure environment. He provides graphic design for property marketing flyers, pitchbooks, offering memorandums and e-campaigns.
Prior to his role as a Client Services Specialist, Jared started his commercial real estate career in 2014 at Besen Partners in Midtown Manhattan. During this time, he supported 20+ brokers offering Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design and PR support.
