Professional Experience
Jamil Harkness joined CBRE, Inc. in 2013 as a Researcher at the Ontario office, primarily focusing on the Inland Empire office market. His responsibilities include providing high quality market knowledge and analysis to sale professionals, have an understanding of the local economic indicators, maintaining the internal database, and provide assistance to the sales professionals in the preparation of client meetings. Additionally, Mr. Harkness is responsible for the production of the Inland Empire office market’s quarter-end statistics and market report.
Prior to his role at CBRE, Inc., Mr. Harkness has worked as a Business Analyst for over three years, gaining valuable business experience along the way. In addition, he has conducted numerous robust technological and market feasibility studies for non-profit organizations, as well as government and private corporations. Mr. Harkness also served as an intern for ACCION San Diego where he was responsible for pioneering a market feasibility study on the need for a microenterprise lender in Riverside and Imperial counties.
