James (Jamie) Hill, Jr., SIOR, CCIM, is a lifelong Tulsan and committed to the industrial real estate business. He has thirty years of experience encompassing hundreds of transactions helping clients make informed decisions.  No matter what the circumstances, Jamie will focus on results.

His specialization consists of marketing land and industrial buildings for sale or lease as well as tenant, buyer and landlord representation. Jamie has a diverse group of industrial clients, many of which he has handled multiple transactions for and still works with them today. He also knows the most active developers and investors in the market. A build-to-suit proposal for a new facility can be generated in a few weeks.  For those companies wanting to access capital tied up in real estate, he works with investors to obtain sale-leaseback proposals.

As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Jamie is well trained to work with real estate investors, skilled at valuing income property for investments and understands the mechanics of a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. He also holds the SIOR designation. These top producing brokers are widely viewed in the industry as the most capable and experienced in any market.
